A great opportunity has arisen for a recruitment consultant in Tunbridge Wells. You will ideally have previous recruitment or sales experience and have an interest in working in recruitment.

My client is a privately owned recruitment company, with a team of circa 15 employees they are now looking to expand further. Established for circa 15 years they offer a professional recruitment service to clients across the UK as well as overseas countries, in both the private and public sectors.

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience of working as a recruitment consultant not essential, but desired.

Sales experience

A can do and and tenacious attitude

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent rapport building skills

Team player, enjoys working as part of a team as well as having the ability to focus and work independently

Happy to work in a competitive environment

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Annual basic salary depending on experience circa 20-30k plus uncapped commission and benefits
