About us: We are passionate about helping vulnerable people to reach their full potential. We strive for a fairer society where vulnerable people find stability, the most excluded are included, and where homelessness and poverty are things of the past.

The role: You will be in charge of a team that ensure Porchlight properties are places that people who have been homeless can call home. Our residents (all aged 18+) are better equipped to start the recovery process if they have somewhere safe and welcoming to do so.

Your team will make sure that Porchlight properties are maintained to a good standard, regular health & safety checks are carried out, residents are meeting the responsibilities of their tenancy, and that our properties are properly prepared when new people move in.

Your will ensure that accurate records are kept, team performances are monitored and Porchlight’s standards are being maintained. You will also be required to liaise with councils and landlords.

This role requires:

Knowledge of health & safety regulations in relation to property management
