As a Senior Support Worker it is important that you have the appropriate skills to motivate, encourage and manage other employees.

CASUAL CARE WORKER/BANK SUPPORT WORKER

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

o A positive and compassionate attitude towards care
o Energetic approach to support with social activities
o Excellent communication skills
o Willingness to learn
o Team player






DESIRABLE SKILLS:

o Experience of working in challenging behaviour services
o NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (Adults)
o Experience and/or knowledge of epilepsy
o Hold a full driving licence and be willing to drive

SUMMARY DETAILS

CASUAL CARE WORKER/ BANK SUPPORT WORKER

Hourly Rates plus holiday pay: Weekday £8.80 / Weekend £9.25 / Waking Night £10.50 / Sleep In per night £60.00

SHIFTS: Variable hours depending on the needs of each service.

LOCATION: Medway

INDICATIVE CLOSING DATE: 24th May 2019
