Barker Munro recruitment is working with a leading Insurance broker who are currently looking to recruit a Management Assistant to work within their friendly and professional team in Surrey.

The Role:
As the Management Assistant you will be organised and dedicated to the job and the people around you. You will be able to prioritise and have a huge amount of pride in your work and be able to work with others and deliver a professional support function to senior management within the branch.
As the Management Assistant, you will need to provide a variety of key administrative support duties to the management team and to ensure the day to day operational efficiency of the business is upheld by helping with diaries, organising meetings, booking travel, running MI reports to name but a few responsibilities.
You will be able to demonstrate a high standard of personal organisation to ensure the various tasks for this role are consistently expedited on a daily and weekly basis. There is also a requirement to assist in a wide variety of operational and administrative support to other teams within the branch in relation to process, people, system and premises issues.
As the Management Assistant you should be able to demonstrate a good standard of education alongside any other qualifications associated with this type of role. Good awareness of MS products goes without saying and be able to organise not only your own day but work closely with others to fulfil their tasks too.
