£8.21 Per Hour

Our client based in Margate is currently looking to recruit Care Workers to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis.

As the Night Care Worker, you will be working 8am - 8pm OR 8am - 2pm / 2pm - 8pm on a full-time basis for an hourly rate of £8.21 per hour.

As the Night Care Worker, you will…

* To include support of personal care, administering medication and maintaining records.
* Enable residents to achieve their maximum potential through mobility. This may include assistance with transferring to and from toilets, commodes, beds, wheelchairs etc.
* To understand the needs of a build excellent relationships with the people who live at the home.
* To assist in keeping the home clean and tidy.
* To participate in the development and running of activity programmes.

Personal Specification:

* You must be a kind, caring, honest and hardworking individual.
* You must be passionate about caring for people and understanding individual's needs.
* Experience of residential/supported living is beneficial.
* Experience within a similar role is beneficial.
