We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Multi-skilled Tradesperson to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the East London area. We can offer you regular work, an attractive and steady salary, standard working hours and generous employee benefits.

Clarion Response provides repairs and maintenance services to more than 125,000 homes and is part of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK. We complete over 1,000 responsive repairs every day and are committed to providing a high quality service for all our residents.

About you

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade in Plumbing, Carpentry and Plastering skills you will have good customer care and admin skills, and you'll enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems. Floor laying skills with experience in cap and cove, and wet rooms would also be an advantage.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
