We're currently recruiting for a dynamic and forward thinking BIM Coordinator to join our Property Services team.



The role will be working on a sector leading project to manage properties through the creation of 3D models of existing buildings and linking in our asset data. The ideal candidate will be experienced with introducing and delivering BIM Level 2 workflows within an organisation as well as in the use of modelling programmes such as REVIT and AutoCad.



You'll take personal responsibility for the delivery of modelling Clarion's HRRBs including the production of 2D floorplans and 3D models. You'll also support the introduction of new ways of working across the business, including the adoption of BIM Level 2 and integrating Asset Management systems that include and use the dimensional data.



Other duties include:

* Help set up and manage a small team
* Help facilitate the change to utilising 3D modelling to manage built assets
* Put in place processes and procedures for managing asset dimensional data
* Work with solutions providers to help develop a platform for asset management that maximises business benefits
* Set up automated reports to distribute to relevant stakeholders
* Use your knowledge and experience to encourage and support the adoption of BIM Level 2 across the business
* Support the Property Services BIM lead and advise on BIM best practices, systems and workflows.



The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline and will come to us with experience of introducing BIM Level 2 processes and workflows into a business and demonstrate knowledge of the relevant standards. You'll be able to demonstrate extensive user experience and knowledge of Autodesk products, including Revit, AutoCad and ReCap Pro and have the ability to produce accurate models from pointcloud data. We're looking for someone who is able to demonstrate a flexible approach with excellent communication and customer care skills to deal with stakeholders. Strong IT skills, with particular strengths in Excel and Access are also essential for the role.
