We're looking for two exceptional Project Assistants to provide administrative support to the Operational Teams working on Clarion's externally funded programmes. You'll cover a range of duties such as data entry, event support, quality checks, customer service surveys, organising meetings and other administrative tasks.



Your other main duties will include: -

* To upload customer data and supporting documentations to our Love London Working or Community Investment Databases
* To produce and maintain accurate statistical information for returns and questionnaires.
* Maintain an up-to-date library, including statutory information, journal/magazines and any relevant information felt useful for the Team such as job opportunities and local employability events.
* To attend meetings and community events as may be required and support staff with outreach activities.



Alongside good numeracy, communication and IT skills, you'll have relevant experience working in a similar role, ideally having worked in a European Social Fund Programme. You'll have excellent planning and organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work. You'll also have experience of delivering high level administrative tasks within in a high pressured environment.
