Warehouse Managers/Supervisors



Day-shift



07:30 to 17:00 hours



Monday to Friday week 1



Monday to Saturday week 2



What you'll do:



* Manage / Supervise safety of department

* Manage and co-ordinate stock movements from Goods receipt to completed orders for customer deliveries

* Ensure picking of orders and loading/unloading of vehicles are executed to deadlines

* Planning shifts with the view to maximise operational efficiency and productivity

* Ensure optimum utilisation of shift labour by effective labour planning, training and development of all staff

* Accurate completion of documentation and submit in time

* Manage / Supervise department KPI's

* Lead and motivate the team

* Highlight to Warehouse General Manager any issues or gaps with skills, training, standards and general performance of the department

* Identifying areas for improvement within the Operation and submit plans for improvements

* Experience of working within MHE environment

* Drive a culture of continuous improvement





Who you are:



* Experience of Multi-user Logistics/Distribution preferable

* Effective problem solving, with a solutions' focus and strong knowledge in WMS's - Red Prairie is of benefit

* Familiarity with current BRC standards

* Experience within an FMCG or food background is preferable

* Used to working in seasonal and demanding environments

* Positive attitude and a professional approach

* Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude

* Happy to challenge the norm and look for cultural improvements

* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to deliver direction and motivation in an effective manner
