Superbly well recognised regional law firm : currently seeking an experienced fee earner to take over a busy caseload of conveyancing and residential + commercial property work. Scope for growth into management.
Prior experience fee earning within Residential Conveyancing is essential (at Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer level preferred). You should be confident and proficient managing your own transactions from instruction through to completion. Secretarial support provided.

Manage and grow an existing caseload of varied transactions to include freehold, leasehold, newbuild and re-mortgage from initiation to completion.



Salary with experience- Circa £40-50,000 (with flexibility)
