Duties Include:
* Implementing and coordinating orders for bespoke services
* Chasing and Processing orders and call offs accurately
* Handling all administration for any discrepancies and invoice queries
* Keeping systems up to date and accurately managing data and customer information
* Managing and dealing with customer enquiries via email and phone calls ensuring all are logged and actioned
* Working in a busy environment, prioritising a varied workload
* Methodically following processes in order to resolve queries
To be successful you will have/be:
* Solid office-based Customer Service/ Administration experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident working with numbers
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A genuine passion for Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* To be a quick learner with a positive "can do" attitude
