One of the largest Facilities Management companies is recruiting a HR Advisor to support over 10,000 employees across the UK. You will be sitting in a HR team of 30 other HR professionals so provide support & Advice to managers.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible, but not limited to the below:

* Advice managers of performance, disciplinary and grievances and sickness absence
* Deal with TUPE transfers
* Advise and support managers in formal disciplinary meetings
* Assist managers in supporting sickness absence
* Assist other HR members to identify areas of improvement for the delivery of the operation HR serice

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a generlist role, providing support and advice to managers on all aspects of HR whilst working within a fast paces commercial environment. You must be CIPD level 3 qualified, ideally working towards your level 5, or willing to work towards to qualification. You must also have worked in a multi-site organisation and with trade unions.
