Community Link Worker

£22,095 rising to £24,657 per annum

Porchlight

You will be responsible for providing one to one support and advice to people with mental health needs.

As a community link worker you will promote recovery and community participation of individuals aged 17+ by assessing their needs and setting goals. You will work closely with statutory and voluntary agencies to help individual’s access appropriate support in the community.

The role requires:

-Excellent communication and people skills.
-Ability to initiate and maintain constructive relations with service users.
-Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
-Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Interview date:23rd December 2021
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern:9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required
