Ashford School is seeking a dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking individual to lead our Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional to put their own stamp on this vital function that is inherently connected to all aspects of Ashford School life.

Supporting the Bursar with financial planning and budgeting and leading the day to day financial operations, you will also work closely with the United Learning (UL) Finance Business Partner and Management Accountant. Full training will be given on the School and United Learning systems, controls and reporting.

You will also have experience in HR matters relating to finance and particularly salary calculations. You will work closely with the HR Officers in supporting the Bursar and overall HR function. This will include oversight of salary input into the budgeting system (HCSS), conducting reconciliation with the HR system (iTrent) as well as advising on pro rata salaries, holiday pay, and providing oversight and the checking function for any required salary variations.
