Following the significant increase in headcount, we are now looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on the headcount and attraction of associates into the business as we continue to grow across the South East. You will be focused on bringing in the best talent to support our key strategic priority across all specialisms, you will be based within our South East region which includes our Bournemouth, Brighton, Southampton, Maidstone and Kingston offices.

Your new role
Reporting to the current Talent Acquisition Partner you will join the South East Talent Acquisition team, you will be focused on attracting, engaging, assessing, and onboarding the best talent across all our offices and specialisms in the South East.

You will be responsible for marketing Hays as the employer of choice, advertising, headhunting, growing a pipeline of candidates, pre-screening candidates, and working with the TA team to drive the increase in headcount.

Your new role will involve (but not be limited to):

* Advertising Hays vacancies on our job boards
* Pre-screening candidates
* Interviewing/ assessing of candidates and arranging final interviews
* On-boarding of hires
* Working with HR to process contracts
* Advertise roles internally
* Offer management & feedback to candidates
* ED&I advocate supporting the roll-out of inclusive recruitment for the UK&I

What you'll need to succeed

* Proven and successful track record in Recruitment or a 180-delivery role within an agency
* Impressionable personal brand
* Influential and persuasive
* Strong verbal & written communication
* Ability to integrate technology, systems and sales skills
* Lateral thinker who is keen on innovation
* Promoter of teamwork and collaboration
* Strong project management and organisation skills
