Our Chatham based client are looking to recruit a Fixed Assets Accountant to join our client on a 14-month fixed term contract.

The Fixed Assets Accountant will be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of the fixed assets register and any associated analysis.

Other duties include analysis and inputting adjustments in relation to development projects to the fixed asset register, analysis of spending on projects, and looking at ways of improving the fixed asset systems.

This role would suit an Accountant who has previously worked within the property sector, possesses an excellent understanding of Fixed Assets and is analytically minded.
