This is an exciting role working for a luxury e-commerce business, that has been established for over 20 years
You will be joining as a Customer Service Advisor, being the point of call for all incoming customer queries
Duties will include:
* Answering calls with customer queries
* Handling social media enquiries
* Writing emails and letters to customers
* Chasing deliveries and updating customers of time-frames
* Dealing with any order queries
* Escalating complaints
It is essential that you have previous experience in an office-based customer service role as you will need to hit the ground running. It is essential that you are professional with a good work ethic and excellent communication skills.
This is a very high-end company and therefore your communication style verbally and non-verbally must be articulate, stylish, and confident.
