Account Manager - Marketing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Account Manager to join a forward-thinking, dynamic business in South Kent.



The dream candidate will be enthusiastic about Paid Marketing, confident, data driven and very customer focussed!

This role involves:

* Building and managing paid advertising campaigns such as Search, Display, Video & Social.
* Account Management; updating clients, providing expert advice/ recommendations
* Accurate record and data management including detailed tracking of the customer relationship.
* Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on all Paid Marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Accounts teams.
* Managing account budgets, managing and reporting on this both internally and to customers.
* Hands-on launching and organisation of campaigns in Google and Facebook Ads
* Mentoring, guiding, and supporting team members to drive team performance
* Regular meetings with clients

* Financial reporting working with your finance team
* Input on UX and design in terms of conceptual ideas if needed



The successful candidate will have/be:

* A good level of ecommerce experience and an understanding of the full customer journey
* A digital marketing backgrounds

* Experience working within an ecommerce or marketing agency
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, know how to pull off reports, understand where the opportunities are to optimise
* Confidence in presenting reports, financials and ideas to the client
