Hybrid Payroll Manager position at an expanding Fortune 100 company with over 8 sites across the UK & Ireland
Your new company
A Fortune 100 company fuelled by technology and owner of an end-to-end portfolio of products, services and solutions. They have over 8,000 employees across the glove, and have a diverse culture. They are looking for a Payroll Manager in this period of growth for the company.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Operations and Payroll Manager, you will lead an employee payroll of over 1500, and supervise a payroll administrator. They have over eight sites across the UK and Ireland, and you will deliver accurate payroll and end of year HMRC reporting.
Processing all starters, leavers, monthly timesheets, loans, pensions, redundancy calculations/workings and be the main point of contact for any technical payroll related questions
What you'll need to succeed
* Quality end-to-end in-house payroll experience
* Drive continuous improvements in all payroll processes
* Ability to analyse data /spreadsheets
* Able to work accurately to tight deadlines
* ADP (desirable)
* Excellent communication & organisational skills
