Duties include:

* Working effectively to meet and exceed targets
* Ensuring customer data is kept up to date.
* Actively sell new articles in every call to extend product range
* Growing existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and dealing with incoming queries efficiently.
* Building great relationships over the phone in order to identify and understand key customer requirements.
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using internal systems.

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Excellent communication skills
* Great ability to quickly build rapport over the phone, negotiating and closing calls effectively.
* Bags of energy to make volume calls and keep up with documentation.
* A growth mindset with lots of ambition and drive to exceed targets.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
