Due to continued business growth and success, our client has embarked on a huge business transformation / business change programme across IT and the business.

A consequence of that is a need to recruit 5 (five) NEW Business Test Managers to the IT environment to help manage, promote and deliver its Test Strategy.

These are NOT hands on technical testing roles. These are NOT roles for testers looking just for a higer salary.

We need candidates who are experienced at delivering IT / Business Test Projects/Test programmes of work but have a good understanding of Testing (Test practice, UAT, Defect, System Testing) too.

You will manage test and business resource to deliver these projects with teams based remotely. A strong business focussed approach to testing needed rather than a hands on skillset around test plans etc.

Any experience of Test project / Test programmes within larger change projects a huge upside.
