My highly distinguished and unique client based just outside Sittingbourne, are looking to add a confident, experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to their small finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the purchase ledger function.
You will be responsible for coding and matching invoices, staff expenses, liaising with company purchasing department and facilities processing and payments. There will also be the opportunity of assisting the Finance Manager with any ad-hoc projects and supporting the finance team during busy periods. The ideal candidate will have an extensive, high volume purchase ledger background with strong IT skills and a working knowledge of Sage 200.
