Salary: £21,000 plus benefits such as 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Liphook - with Free on-site parking / Close to the train station

Monday to Friday 8-4pm or 9-5pm - NO WEEKENDS

Start date: Asap!

An exciting opportunity to join the world's largest and fastest growing educational organisation, who specialise in the introduction of music across primary schools.

My client is looking for someone to join their dynamic customer service team to help them complete their mission to transform children'slives through the love of music.



Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service?

Do you have an interest in Music?

Have you worked within the education sector?



Your daily duties will include: (THERE WILL BE FULL TRAINING PROVIDED! )



* Being first point of contact for new and existing customers
* Resolving enquiries and customer complaints where necessary
* Using internal systems to record information accurately



Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience working in a customer facing role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Organised
* Strong It Skills
