Human Resources Advisor, Epsom, £35-37k (FTC Until June 2023)

Your new role
The Human Resources Advisor will work as part of the Service Delivery Team. This is a fixed term contract until the end of June 2023.

Some key accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

* Supporting the HR function with the delivery of projects and campaigns
* Working with global colleagues to ensure global efficiencies and alignment within the HR function
* Assisting with HR employee training and mentoring in Service Excellence
* Pro-actively monitoring and supporting The People Hub to ensure defined service delivery objectives are met

The role focuses on working collaboratively and in partnership with the People Hub based in Bangalore, responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience for all UK&E employees.


What you'll need to succeed

* Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships through a partnership approach
* Experience in being able to manage own time, multi-task, prioritise and re-prioritise tasks
* Ability to drive improvement through the assessment of existing processes and implementation of new processes
* Experience in reporting and data analytics in Workday, ServiceNow Pro and/ or Oracle HRMS
* Previous experience of working in a shared services environment
