Due to our client's growth Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a successful training company based in Sittingbourne, Kent for an Administrator to join their growing team

This is a key role in their LGV training team

This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop and progress within a growing business. Our client places an emphasis on internal progression and so this could be a stepping stone into a very rewarding career

The role entails:

• Making large amounts of outbound calls to potential clients
• Making large amounts of outbound calls to learners – this will include: chasing for feedback, chasing for updates, responding to queries
• Taking inbound calls
• Making accurate notes while on the phone and logging it on the firms CRM to ensure that all communications are recorded
• Booking LGV driving and theory tests for learners
• Booking medical assessments for learners
• Handling licence and digital tachograph card applications
• Coordinating the instructors diaries and ensuring that all training is completed efficiently
• Collating all learners results
• Inputting funding data and completing funding claims
• Dealing with any enquiries

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience

• Previous experience working in an admin position
• Confidence speaking to people on the phone and being happy to make outbound calls
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to follow instructions and suggestions – this role is ever changing and so the ability to adapt is essential
• Being self-motivated and hungry for a chance of progression
• The ability to work in a busy and varied environment
• Excellent organisation skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

The salary for this role is £20,000

The hours for this position are 08:00 - 17:00 with an hour lunch break
