SOUS CHEF –superb career prospects – £25,000 +tips –
This idyllic pub has been going from strength to strength and receiving numerous awards and accolades for their fine cuisine. As a result they are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.
Along with a fabulous looking restaurant there is also be a state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with all the latest modern appliances. There is a brigade of 5 chefs who prepare absolutely everything in house, utilising all the wonderful Kent produce to create a modern British menu.
There are two celebrity chefs involved in the business and they work closely with the team to ensure the continued success. There is also a very talented Head Chef so the successful candidate will have every opportunity to develop their skills further. As Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen, menu design, controlling stock, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
In return for all your hard work there is a generous salary, fantastic tips and excellent career prospects. They could also offer temporary accommodation if you are relocating.
