Go Resource are looking to hire a bright and ambitious Romanian Onsite Coordinator to provide support to our growing onsite network based in Cranbrook in Kent.
As an Account Coordinator you will be required to provide all-round support to the Onsite Client .
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday no weekend working with this client Am shift available.
The role will include the following :
* Conducting candidate screening calls
* Confirming staff into work on a fixed shift rota
* Uploading worker hours and creating workflow plan
* Candidate Resource & Advertising
* Candidate upload and Registration
* Advertising jobs and responding to applications
* New starter induction
We are passionate about our team and employee engagement and development hence keen to speak with anyone who wishes to move into a recruitment customer facing role , must be able to communicate in Romanian and English and have own car to get to the site unless you live local to Cranbrook
