Head Barista - Tunbridge Wells - up to £18,500 plus tips
This highly successful independent café bases its success on the quality of the coffee - it is passionate about the quality and consistency of each cup. They of course add some good food, warm hospitality and great service to the mix, however the passion for the coffee has endured and is at the forefront of the café's profile. The Head Barista is now moving on after several years in the position, and they are looking for someone to take his place.
You will need to be a talented barista who is committed to delivering excellence 100% of the time. You will have a positive attitude and a desire to lead the team by example, sharing your knowledge and have a flexible 'can-do attitude'. You will be able to perform under pressure as you will have full responsibility for the output of high quality coffee and tea plus all the cold beverages. Alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will wish continually assess how the offering to customers can be improved within an open team environment.
The successful person will be required to work flexibly 40 hours a week 5 days out of 7. If you believe you have the right skills for this role and fully appreciate good customer service, then we would like to hear from you.
There will be opportunity for career development including training, business management and coffee initiatives.
The salary is between £17,500 and £18,500 per annum plus share of tips.
