Job Description

An Interior Landscaping business, established for 40 years based in SE London/NW Kent area, has an opportunity within the Maintenance Technicians Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to deliver fresh flower displays and maintain plant displays client’s offices in and around Central London and surrounding areas.
The key responsibilities of the role are to deliver high level of service to our customers, ensuring you are customer-focused at all times. This will involve: -

Delivering fresh flower displays and orchids to our customers offices.
Watering interior and exterior plant displays in client offices & restaurants.
Meeting client expectations by maintaining displays to a good standard.
Changing plants where necessary and re-planting using the correct plant for the environment.
Pruning when necessary to retain shape and/or promote growth.
Checking for pests, weeds etc and treating where necessary within set guidelines.

A typical day will involve driving to between 4 & 8 different client sites, mainly in Central London and delivering flower displays and watering the plants.

Experience is preferred, together with a general interest in horticulture. Some experience of driving in London and working on your own initiative is preferred. If you can demonstrate the right attitude, we will give you the training, skills and knowledge to succeed within our organisation.
Candidates must hold a full driving licence with no more than 6 points as a Company van will be provided for business use. In return we offer you a competitive salary, opportunity to earn regular overtime and quarterly bonuses.
