Working on a case by case basis your excellent customer service skills will be paramount to ensuring that the right solutions are reached for our customers who are requiring additional support due to their circumstances. Offering superior levels of care you will reach appropriate outcomes whilst ensuring that there is no detriment to our customers. Using various internal tools and your knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks you'll gain a better understanding of a customer's situation which will assist you in making the right recommendations.
Skills and Experience
•Experience of working within a Collections environment would be advantageous
•Particularly excellent customer service skills are essential
•Experience of working in a financial environment with customers needing additional support is advantageous
•Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be second to none. You'll be able to adapt to situations and remain calm and composed at all times
•Extremely organised and have the ability to prioritise workload
•You'll be able to foster strong working relationships with other departments within the business as well as external third parties
•Demonstrate a 'self-start' attitude and take responsibility of your own workload to adhere to a high standard
•Self motivated with the desire to hit and achieve targets, whether these are individual or team based incentives
•A positive outlook and be a strong team player
•Able to remain calm during busy periods and work effectively under pressure. Show good resilience when required
