HEAD CHEF - £33,000 + tips – fresh food pub -
A popular, independently run pub and restaurant with beautiful gardens overlooking the Kentish countryside. Over the years they have built up an excellent reputation for serving good quality fresh cuisine and are currently looking for a Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen.
With a team of two chefs they prepare a mix of both modern and traditional British menus and as much as possible is made from fresh, seasonal produce. The successful Head Chef will have full responsibility for designing these menus and sourcing local suppliers for the best produce. As Head Chef you will also be involved in stock control, ordering, costing and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
