Bilingual German Speakers

Recruitment solutions (Folkestone) Ltd are recruiting for exceptional German Speakers to join a busy contact centre in Location Dover Kent.

Hours: Monday to Sunday (37.5hours per week) on shift patterns  shifts effectively working every other weekend .  Earliest start 07:30 and  latest finish 22:30

Salary: £17,629.85 plus £1,466.40 per annum language supplement

Location: Dover, Kent

We are looking for German Speaking candidates who ideally have call centre experience or a sales background and thrive on reaching and exceeding targets. You will received excellent training which will be presented in English so fluency is a must.

You will take pride in the products and services that you are selling, to know them inside out, so that you can really sell the features and benefits as well as up-selling and crossing. Identify all sales opportunities and to ensure that revenue is a focus.

Our client is all about Customer Excellence and repeat business, therefore fantastic communication and listening skills are key. You will need to empathise and build instant rapport with customers from B2B and B2C with inbound and outbound sales calls.

Skills essential to the role are objections handling, overcoming complaints and issues, following policies and procedures. Excellent IT and Data entry skills and to be flexible in your duties such as multiskilling.
