Accounts Administrator
PFPR Communications Limited, Europe’s leading specialist automotive PR and communications agency, is recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to work in our friendly and welcoming office at Turkey Mill, near Maidstone.
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager, looking after all aspects of the company’s Finance and Administration function.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual; someone who is able to multi-task and willing to take on a variety of finance and administrative duties in our small office.
Areas of responsibility will include:
• Processing of staff expenses ensuring compliance with VAT regulations
• Accounts payable, processing invoices & reviewing supplier statements
• Supplier payments
• Sales Ledger, raising of invoices as directed
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit control
• General office facilities administration, liaising with various equipment suppliers
• Distribution of post, arranging couriers when required
• Maintenance of stationery cupboard supplies
• Answering of telephone and greeting visitors to the office
• Any other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager or Senior Management Team
Experience of relevant finance functions is required, and knowledge of Xero would be desirable but not essential. A high level of competence in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word, is expected.

Ideally, we would like someone who can work a minimum of four days a week. Our office hours are 9am to 5.30pm and we would be willing to be flexible on these times and hours by mutual agreement.
