Gomez is one of the largest produce companies in the UK and is based in Bridge, Nr Canterbury. We supply produce to major supermarkets, wholesale and non-multiple retailers. We’re developing a pragmatic and commercial HR service for our business and our busy team needs a flexible, competent and proactive HR Adviser.
You might be looking to develop into an Adviser role or an Adviser who is looking for a new challenge or a change of industry; either way you will need to be great at building relationships and have a true passion for HR. You will be level 5 CIPD qualified or studying towards it.
If you have operational Employment Law knowledge, practical generalist experience, a natural ability to work with systems and processes, along with strong administration and Excel skills then we would love you to get in touch.
The hours of work are 35 hours per week, flexible to meet the needs of the business with one hour for lunch.
