We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Commercial/ Office Support team, this role offers a competitive salary banding, with an uncapped commission structure and a Quarterly Bonus scheme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional that is looking for a new challenge. You will be working in our busy Kent office and joining our Commercial Office Support desk, we are keen to expand this team to cover more of the booming Kent marketplace.

As the ideal candidate you will;
Have proven B2B sales experience
Have excellent communication skills
Have fantastic customer service skills
Have a proven track record of constantly achieving set KPIs and targets
Have the ability to work independently and in a close knit team
Be self motivated and ambitious

Due to the nature of the role you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
