Connect2Staff Healthcare are hiring for a residential home in Longfield and surrounding areas and looking for experienced staff to join our team to provide excellent care and help the permanent team already in place.

Due to the location of this home, you must be a driver with access to a vehicle in order to be considered for this position. Other work is available if so required.

We can offer early, late, long day or night shifts as well as weekend or weekday shifts. You can work as little or as much as you like. Immediate starts are available.

Job Description:

* Provide assistance to residents to meet their health and social care needs, including washing, toileting, medication needs, bed making and preparing meals and drinks.
* Helping residents improve their independence in all aspects of their life.
* Help residents to identify and choose their support needs.
* Respect and understand the individual's wishes and needs.
* Respect and understand the individual's dignity.
* Understand equal opportunities and support the equality and diversity of the individual.

Essential Criteria

* Minimum 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant.
* The right to work in the UK
* Excellent communication skills, and be able to be understood and understand, both written and verbal
* Flexible and reliable

* Driver with access to your own care is essential
