To support the Hospitality Duty Manager in all areas to provide a high level of service to conference, banqueting, wedding and residential guests.

KEY TASKS
To assist Hospitality Duty Manager in receiving guests and showing them to their rooms.
To be responsible for the collection of guests luggage and safe delivery to the appropriate room.
To be responsible for the set up of rooms for castle conferences/day meetings ensuring adequate supplies of pens/pads/water etc are supplied.
To take initiative in forward planning for set ups, with the help of the operational notes provided.
To clean fire places and re-lay fires in rooms as directed by Castle Services Manager.
To assist the Maintenance team when required.
To assist during Castle functions as required.
To cover on occasions the Night Steward shift.
You will need a full driving licence for this role and be available to work weekends and evenings. This will be on a zero hour contract.
