The Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team based in Gillingham, Kent with at least 1 years' experience.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with all departments. As Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst.
Requirements and Skills:
• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 40+ users
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Be the ‘Go To’ person for any CRM issues/queries. Provide technical guidance to all system users
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
• Manage effective UAT, rollout and communication of any system updates. Ensure that any system updates are implemented in a timely manner and minimise downtime
• Work with the Senior Team to develop CRM usage across the business. Identify areas where CRM will deliver tangible business benefits
