We are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to head up the IC24 Payroll Team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of leading and developing the introduction of a new and a modern customer focussed payroll, as well as managing the day to day activities of a Payroll Team.
A key feature of the role will be to lead the transition from a paper based timesheet system to a more integrated electronic process including the introduction of a single month end payroll.
The IC24 Payroll Team will play an integral part in the ongoing organisational development programme and as a senior manager, the successful candidate will be expected to be a significant influencer on the design and implementation of systems and processes.
