The Role...

We are looking for an General Manager to join our client in running an extremely busy restaurant, retail and bar setting.

You will work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure budgets are stuck within and targets are hit.

You will train staff to use the equipment in the bar and restaurant and motivate your team to maintain a positive and fun working environment.
