Temporary Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Rural Maidstone - own car essential
Brand new modern offices and free parking
Various shifts available - Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm
Can you offer flexibility when it comes to days and hours you work?
Are you a confident, excellent communicator who is happy to take a high volume of inbound calls?
Do you drive and have your own car?
Netbox Recruitment are currently working with a highly successful and fast-paced company who are looking for additional members of staff to join their friendly and busy team on a temporary basis. They are based in the rural Maidstone area so you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
Duties for this temporary customer service role will include but not be limited to:
* Taking a high number of inbound calls
* Building rapport with customers
* Taking and logging contact details for every customer
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout every call
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliability and commitment
