Communications Advisor - Maidstone - £20,000 + Bonus
Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit a Communications Advisor on a temp to perm basis.
The successful candidate will be -
* Experienced in customer service
* Excellent communicator, with high degree of self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
* Great attention to detail, and ability to use technology in the workplace.
* A team-player who is willing to take responsibility, but can also work independently.
* Compassionate, grounded, logical and objective.
* Able to follow through on difficult decisions
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Ability to work on their own and use their initiative
Working Hours are Monday - Friday (no weekends) - This is rota based 8:00 - 16:00pm or 12:00pm - 20:00pm
