ID&C Ltd is looking for new Support Staff to assist in meeting its high-profile clients’ needs over the busy festival summer.
This is a full time, fixed-term position, with a starting annual salary of £20k pro rata.

What will you do?
You'll be part of the team responsible for producing secure accreditation products for some of the world's leading events.
We're looking for driven individuals that have the ability to learn new skills fast and communicate well.
You'll work as part of a team to achieve production targets while maintaining ID&C's high standard of quality control and customer service.
The role is focused on helping get our orders out to our highest profile customers, including:
• Quality checking and packing orders with the greatest attention to detail
• Assisting the in-house completion of orders, including in the Print department
• Receiving goods, including highlighting any issues to the Project Delivery Manager
with training provided for all.
Skills that will help your application:
• Experience of a production environment
• A strong work ethic with an ability to thrive under pressure
• An exceptional eye for detail and quality control
• A methodical approach, fulfilling detailed tasks to a consistently high standard
• Physical strength and experience with manual handling
• Experience of using SAGE or other similar accounting software
You will be:
• A team player by action not by word
• A go-getter and self-starter
• Self-sufficient, switched on and willing to get stuck in with the team
• Available to work overtime, including evening and weekends, if required
• Positive, happy, humble, and honest
• Health and Safety-conscious
• Creative and innovative – adding that little bit of magic
You must:
• Live locally – ideally no further than half an hour from Tunbridge Wells
• Desire to work in a start-up environment
