Employers Agent, £35,000 - £45,000, North Kent

Our client, a construction consultancy based in North Kent are recruiting for an experienced Employers Agent.

Hours and benefits:

* 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday
* Contributory Pension Scheme
* Life Assurance
* Annual Leave from 24 Days rising to 30 days depending on length of service

Training and Development: The company is keen to assist individuals in developing any work related professional interests and takes training seriously, providing practical and financial assistance to all personnel.

Duties:

* Assisting senior members of staff in Employer's Agent and Client Representative
* Working on various stages of projects from inception to completion
* Working within a team to meet deadlines
* Working within a team to meet budget targets
* Provide a high standard of quality work
* Accurate record keeping
* Minute taking of meetings
* Maintaining risk registers, client reports and internal filing processes

The right candidate will have / be:

* A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
* Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, members of the project team and your Client
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good at problem solving and thinking ahead
* A university degree and RICS
* A clean full UK drivers license
