This is an office based role with the additional benefit of traveling as you work with "familiarisation trips". These give you the opportunity to travel worldwide for free and broaden your travel/product knowledge. The Opportunity

-Lots of variety and every day will bring you something unique and challenging - whether it's putting together an exciting once in a lifetime trip for a leisure client or trying to work out the logistics of making sure a corporate client is in the right country at the right time!

-Deal with incoming calls from both Corporate Clients and Leisure Travellers and act as their Account Manager as you work with the client to source them the best flight, at the right price and design and create the perfect trip to fit their requirements.

-You'll use your effective communication skills to build long-term relationships and repeat business opportunities, and your travel
knowledge as you demonstrate your expertise on hotels, flights, excursions visas and much more.

To get your off to a flying start successful candidates will attend a 4 week (Paid) training course which covers the
proficient use of their custom made, cutting-edge travel system.
Delivering first class customer service, expert destination and supplier knowledge regarding airlines and hotels.
All the know-how required to tailor make client’s trips in line with specific needs and budgets.
