Exciting new role with dynamic company within the media sector, working as their Product Developer.

Our client are expanding and developing their business, due to increased and widened business demand, with a real push and focus in their IT department and developing excellence within the team.

Your role will take responsibility for manipulation of XML, JSON and database data in review of their existing products, to look to enhance and improve what's already in place. Another key area will allow you to develop User Interfaces and the Back-End systems.

The company and team look to improve scalability and resilience within their products, whilst always looking to follow industry best practice, processes and guidelines.

Work collaboratively and in a productive capacity with the internal technical team, whilst also working with external/off-site talent.

You will consistently use source control tools and deployment methodology - demonstrate skills in these areas.

Important requirements for the role:
● Python, Java, PHP, C++ etc. - fluent ability
● CSS/HTML - Front-end experience in web development
● SQL/mySQL - Use of relational databases to carry out data manipulation

Additional skills which are useful:
● Source code collaboration tools including GIT / SVN
● Graphic design
● XML/JSON data manipulation
● Javascript
● Automated unit testing
