We have an exiting opportunity for a Chef to work within our family run business and using our wood fired pizza oven and our in-house smoker to deliver quality food using fresh ingredients. This position would suit a Chef de Partie looking to take a step forward and progress. Salary on experience.
You will:-
Have previous experience in a kitchen.
Be able to work as part of a team or independently.
Work on section, preparing dishes to the highest standard.
Assist and support the kitchen.
Manage stock rotation and food storage.
Show flexibility to the needs of the business.
Possess the relevant catering qualifications.
Work 5 days a week including Bank holidays and weekends on a rota with 2 days off .
