Customer Complaints Executive

As the Customer Complaints Executive, you will provide a high level of customer service to policy holders, ensuring that any escalated complaints are thoroughly understood, reviewed and investigated (across departments where necessary), and that any customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently in a timely manner, with a high degree of compassion.
The role of the Customer Complaints Executive is to Taking ownership of a portfolio of complaint claims, from the escalation of the complaint to satisfactory resolution. In addition, answering phones, taking and distributing messages, as well as providing customers with information as requested.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have had some experience in handling complaints, with excellent administrative skills and concise written and oral communication skills. You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
