Due to continued expansion Capital Cleaning Supplies have an opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to provide essential support to the office team.

The post of Sales Order Processor is a full time position with a permanent contract. The company will provide all necessary training in sales, purchasing, general admin, accounting and other aspects of our business and general business procedures.

The role is varied and involves interaction with our clients on a regular basis as well as all members of staff. The Sales Order Processor is responsible to the Office Manager.

Qualities required to fulfil this job are attention to detail and a good level of accuracy when transposing information and the ability to work under their own initiative and yet be part of a team.

The primary day-to-day processes include those jobs as listed below:

Answering incoming telephone calls.
Taking orders over the telephone.
Producing delivery notes, as orders are placed using Sage accounting software.
Producing reports for customers.
Collating and filing delivery notes and invoices.
General filing and other office duties.
Typing quotes and letters for sales staff.
Performing a telesales role, as an assistant as and when required.
Providing cover in the office during holiday periods.

The job role would suit a confident person who can take on a varied role and make a position for themselves within the company.
