Job Description:
The role is a very diverse and reactionary to needs as they arise. Therefore this list is not exhaustive and merely a guideline to some of the more regular tasks.

• Admin support to Icom Operations Director’s work & Senior Project Managers.
• Assist Account Manager in raising PO’S, booking jobs, raising Health & Safety documents.
• Customer liaison in relation to faults & additional works for Cabling
• Raising & sending PO’s & work instructions to contract labour to facilitate required works under the direction of PM’s
• Liaison with stores to confirm receipt of ordered materials & equipment within the times specified by the supplier & or PM.
• Conformation of completed of works in the form of calls to Contract staff & returned job sheets.
• Quick responses outside of standard company procedures requested by PM’s & account managers
• Collate & issue O&M data sheets to issue to clients & record receipt of issue.
• Liaise with employed engineers
• Quotations from small works/tender inquiries
Skills/Experience:
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures would be an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Strong IT skills
• Methodical and logical thinking, able to carry out day to day tasks with little supervision
• Deadline conscious
• Confident and outgoing with a good telephone manner
• Reliable and able to work on own initiative
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Basic H & S understanding.
• ISO 9001 & GDPR would be an advantage
